1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using our websites, products or services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. Where you have signed a separate agreement with us, that agreement prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.

2. The Services

BePro Travel provides travel technology solutions for travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs, including supplier connectivity, hotel mapping and distribution, the BePro Booking engine, CRM, proposals, electronic document signing, back-office accounting, tour-operator systems (BeTOP), business intelligence and AI agents. We may update, modify or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, compliance or performance.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete and current business and contact information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and access controls.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any security incident.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not use the Services for illegal, fraudulent or misleading activity.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
• Do not infringe third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

5. AI features

Some Services include artificial-intelligence features (such as AI chat, AI agents and the LLM gateway). AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it or sending it to your customers. Where you choose to use third-party AI model providers, your data is processed by those providers according to your configuration and their terms.

6. Intellectual property

All platform content, software, trademarks and service materials are owned by or licensed to BePro Travel. Except where explicitly permitted, no right is granted to copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our materials. Third-party names and logos shown on our website are the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party suppliers, systems and APIs. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, pricing or policy changes. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed in connection with the Services and to use it only for authorised business purposes.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BePro Travel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to the use of the Services.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required by law, for breach of these Terms, or to protect the security and integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law and jurisdiction specified in your contract with us. Where no contract specifies otherwise, the governing law and jurisdiction are those set out in the applicable legal notice provided by BePro Travel.
